The transformative learning experiences in the CMH PICU with the PICU Passport is designed to help our residents grow both in and out of the classroom. Established in 2016, the PICU Passport was created at Children's Mercy Hospital by dedicated critical care faculty. Educators are here to help residents become successful professionals and make an impact on the world. In this site you will find a set of micro lectures covering various topics to help prepare you for your PICU rotation. You will also find links to procedure videos. They are more easily accessed while on CMH campus. Most importantly there are several flipped classroom lectures available that cover topics from the PICU passport and are intended to supplement bedside lectures.  Are you ready to reach your potential?
